Although the tyre changing procedure on automatic machines of any manufacture is similar on wheels right up to heavy commercials, it is imperative that a machine intended for use with motorcycle wheels is built accordingly and offers more than just ease and speed. Balco / John Bean motorcycle tyre changers, whilst remaining extremely fast and simple to operate, offer a higher degree of protection for the wheel at all stages of the job.
A powerful 2500kg, specially designed bead breaker makes a cinch of breaking the bead on any tyre, and 'wheel friendly' rim clamps and fitting/demount tool ensure that there is no metal to metal contact during the whole fitting and removal process.

T3000M
The T3000M 'Tilt Arm' automatic tyre changer, whilst requiring a certain amount of room for the tilting turret, is unquestionably the most suited for use specifically with motorcycle tyres and wheels of the larger size. The automatic operation of the tilting column and demount head is all operated by the touch of a button and eliminates any errors with setting clearances to the rim.
The T3000M is the most robust Automatic Motorcycle machine ever made, incredibly safe and easy to use. The only option for high volume tyre sales or dealerships that specialise in larger 10-12" rims commonplace in today's market.

T520M
The T520M is a premium quality fixed turret 'swing arm' design. This rugged and robust machine sets the president for fixed turret motorcycle semi-automatic tyre changers. The perfect choice for workshops with high volume tyre sales and minimum working space that also want to have the ability to change car tyres.
Safe and very easy to use, polypropylene protection on the jaws and demount head ensure no metal to metal contact at any time to ensure complete peace of mind through out operation. Comes complete with inflator.

T250M
With a fixed turret, the T250M 'Swing Arm' is ideal for workshops where space is at a premium as no room is required behind the machine, and the overall design along with manual adjustment of the demount tool also makes for a more economical build. The ideal solution for an introduction into the tyre industry or a low volume tyre business.

Super Assist Arm
MH310 for the T520M
MH320 for the T3000M
Now a common site in the up-market car wheel and tyre bays up and down the country the new MH310 and 320 offer the next level of protection and security. The unit acts as a third arm to enable easier fitting and removal of extra low profile tyres on the wider rims that are becoming more and more popular.
Both these units can be retro fitted to the earlier model tyre changers.
